The KC WELLNESS EAP trains managers and supervisors to assist employees whose personal problems affect their job performance and to correct those problems through intervention skills, documentation skills, and the ability to communicate specific goals for improvement to employees. We also provide assessment, referral, and short-term problem resolution services for employees and their loved ones. We can help with drug and alcohol abuse as well as interpersonal, marital, legal, financial, or other areas affecting work performance. Our EAP can help you reduce operating expenses and maintain a productive and focused work force.

The KC WELLNESS Critical Incident Management Program provides a team of highly trained professionals with expertise in critical incident debriefing. A critical incident is a unique and traumatic event caused by either human forces (such as a shooting or bank robbery) or natural forces (like a flood, hurricane, earthquake, or fire). Critical incidents cause immediate and extreme emotional reactions. Swift intervention is crucial to prevent long-term negative effects to the employee and workplace. |
